I was looking for an all-in-one, comprehensive planner that could keep all important and key elements of home and family life in one place.
So what exactly is a Home Management Binder?
Simply put, a home management binder is a collection of tasks, lists, reminders, appointments, schedules and goals. These are spead over various aspects that make up the household. You can have information for the family, for each family member, goals that you would like to accomplish for the family as a whole, health information, financial goals and information, meal planning, cleaning and organisational checklists and so on.
There are so many things that go into running a succesful family AND making the family a successful unit.


Why do you need a Home Management Binder?

How to use the Home Management Binder Printable?
So how does one actually use this free printable?
Simple! I’ve created headings or categories for each aspect of the home. All you need to do is print out the pages and arrange them in the order that suits you best. An example of the headings from one of the designs is shown below.


My reccomendation would be to laminate the pages you’ll need every week. For e.g the meal planning and grocery shopping pages. The rest of the pages can either be laminated or put in cello sleeves. This will protect them from wear and tear.
Since the printable has pages to keep track of passwords, I would reccomend printing additonal sheets for the babysitter and putting that in a separate binder. For e.g, I would print out one finished binder for myself and my spouse and another basic binder with sheets on allergies, important contact information and other relevant information for the babysitter or petsitter.
This way, important information like passwords and financial information is kept safe.
