Bedtime Routines

One of the most challenging tasks of a parent is to establish good bedtime routines as part of their children’s lives.

Children thrive in routines and predictable schedules. Our oldest never had a problem with sleep. We struggled immensely in the first two years with our younger one’s sleep schedule.

I created a simple Bed Time Routine chart to help me regulate the evenings better. And so, I created some to share with others.

Bedtime Routines

This Page is all about Bedtime Routines.

This Blog Post about the importance of Bedtime Routines is a good starting point. It lists 5 ways to establish a routine.

5 Benefits of a good Bedtime Routine:

  • Children have a better quality of sleep.
  • Not only do the Children sleep better but also their cognitive development is better.
  • Better emotional regulation.
  • Furthermore, growth hormones are during sleep.
