Mash the boiled Potatoes and Cottage Cheese together and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Once hot, add the Cumin seeds.
Once the seeds turn aromatic, add the chopped Onions.
Add the chopped Ginger and Garlic.
Sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add the chopped Coriander leaves and mix well.
Add Turmeric, Cumin and Coriander powders and mix well.
Add salt and continue gently mixing.
Add this to the Paneer and Potato mixture.
Mix everything together. Make sure the cooked mixture isn't clumping together.
Line a baking tray with parchment or baking paper.
Roll small sized cirlces and lay them out on the paper.
Bake for 200 C for 45 minutes on the middle rack.
