Here are some fun facts about Bunnies that you can share with your kids!
- Firstly, baby rabbits are called kits. Male rabbits are called bucks, while females are called does.
- Secondly, happy rabbits perform a binky. They leap into the air, twist their bodies and kick their feet when they feel excited.
- Additionally, their teeth never stop growing. A rabbit’s front teeth can grow by around three millimetres each week.
- Fourthly, rabbits can see almost all the way around themselves. Their eyes sit on the sides of their heads, giving them nearly 360-degree vision.
- Finally, rabbits can learn tricks. With gentle, reward-based training, pet rabbits may learn to fetch toys, respond to commands or even give a high five.
How to Download the Bunny Colouring Pages
Firstly, choose the bunny picture that you would like to colour. Next, select the download button beneath the image.
Open the downloaded file and print it on A4 paper. Standard printer paper works well with crayons and colouring pencils.
However, slightly thicker paper may be better for felt-tip pens or paint. Before printing, check that your printer is set to the correct paper size. Select ‘fit to page’ if part of the design is missing.
Creative Ways to Use These Bunny Printables
These free pages can become part of several fun bunny activities.
For example, children could cut out their finished bunnies and place them on a homemade garden background. They could then add flowers, grass, trees, carrots and fluffy clouds.
