1. Firstly, Sharks are older than dinosaurs. The earliest sharks appeared in the oceans more than 400 million years ago.
2. Secondly, Shark skeletons are not made from bone. Instead, they are made from a flexible material called cartilage. Your ears and nose also contain cartilage.
3. Additionally, Shark skin feels like sandpaper. It is covered with tiny, tooth-like scales called dermal denticles.
4. Fourthly, Sharks have special senses. Small organs around their snouts help them detect electrical signals produced by nearby animals.
5. Finally, The whale shark is the world’s largest fish. Despite its enormous size, it mainly eats tiny creatures such as plankton.

How to Download the Shark Colouring Pages

Open the downloaded file and print it on A4 paper. Standard printer paper works well with crayons and colouring pencils.
