These easy Hummus recipes will make Summer living light, healthy and colourful! All you need to do is whip up a big batch of this Hummus and you can use it for Salads, dips, spreads and chips!
This post is all about how to make three easy Hummus recipes for Summer!
Cooking in the heat is the last thing I like to do, especially when there’s a heat wave going about. This recipe is so easy because you only need to make the base Hummus recipe and then add in colourants to make the other two!
To make the base Hummus, add Chickpeas, salt, Tahini, Olive oil, Paprika, lemon juice and Cumin powder to a blender. Blend until you have the desired consistency. If it’s too thick, then you can add more olive oil to the mix.

Once you have the base Hummus, take some from this and blend it with Carrots and Turmeric for deep yellows.

For the Pink, I added Beetroot and red Grapes to the base. You can increase the colourants for a deeper colour. The Full recipe and Video are linked down below!
